Welding inspection

(certified welding inspector):

  • Inspection before welding (Fit-up inspection)
  • Quality visual inspection of welds by certified welding inspector
  • Check of welding parameters during production (verify compliance with approved WPS)
  • Review of NDT reports or witness of NDT process.
  • Review of Welding Logs
  • Review of Welders certificates
  • Accommodation, transportation, and any other supplementary services or costs will be arranged separately and are not included in the main service. This service is valid only within Lithuania.

Painting inspection

(certified painting inspector/supervisor):
500.00€ only
  • Surface preparation inspection
  • Surface Cleanliness, Soluble salts, Dust, Roughness test.
  • Inspections based on CSDS (application of each layer) with DFT control.
  • Final inspection and DFT check with report.
  • Witness of Adhesion test
  • Accommodation, transportation, and any other supplementary services or costs will be arranged separately and are not included in the main service. This service is valid only within Lithuania.
